This barometer is computed directly from listings published on Geloka. We favour transparency over exhaustiveness: every figure states how many listings it is based on.
- 1.Only monthly rentals are included. Sales and daily rentals are excluded.
- 2.We publish the median rather than the average: it is not distorted by a handful of exceptional properties.
- 3.A segment is only published from 3 listings upwards. Below that, the figure would not be representative.
- 4.Data comes from listings active on the update date. It reflects asking rents, not rents actually agreed.
